Hi! My name is Mahdi Najafi-Ziyazi.

I'm a master's student at the University of Amsterdam, and currently doing my master's thesis project at the Anton Pannekoek Institute (API) under the supervision of Dr. Oliver Porth. The focus of my project is the polarization signatures of the Milky way's galactic center. I am trying to understand the nature of the orbiting flares in the close vicinity of the Sagittarius A* supermassive black hole.
